The 14-day money-back guarantee

If a product is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no questions designed to talk you out of it. Quote your order reference so we can find the payment quickly.

Your statutory position on digital downloads

Under UK consumer law, digital products that you download immediately are treated differently from physical goods. Because your download begins the moment you pay, you are normally asked to agree that you waive the automatic 14-day cancellation right that applies to other purchases. You agree to this at checkout, which is what lets us deliver instantly.

The 14-day money-back guarantee above is a goodwill policy we offer on top of that, not instead of it. So even though the law would let us decline a refund once you have downloaded the files, we choose to give you the refund anyway.

What is not covered

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Claims that a product did not work when the issue is that you have not opened or read it. Email us and we will help you use it before you give up on it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
